Project: Integrated Petrochemical Site (IPS) Expansion Project, Nanjing, China
Project Planner/Scheduler for the entire project that provides project control functions to Executive Management which includes but not limited to:
§ Coordinates and interfaces with Engineering, Procurement and Construction.
§ Integration of all EPC activities in the project.
§ Baseline schedule development.
§ Periodic update, monitoring and consolidation of project’s progress measurement.
§ Maintains and consolidates all weekly and monthly schedule and cost reports.
§ Control & monitoring of equipment delivery.
§ Provide Project Controls input for Project’s monthly progress reports for the executive management.
§ Project status reporting to the Client.
