October, 2004 A13 DBFO Thames Gateway (claim) – Highways DBFO, 2003 - 2004 Mark carried out the planning for this difficult project in its closing stages. This extremely challenging role on a project claim included interrogation of earlier versions in P3 of the programme for structures and highways and liaising closely with a claims consultant, client and contractors. Mark also provided historical time and cost breakdowns of staff hours for this Highways Agency project.
