September, 2011 Working with the pre-construction team within Willmott Dixon Housing to provide tender stage programme, logistic plan, resources, and method statement. Working closely with the estimators and operational team to produce a well priced and well planned tender.
I also involve in operations by preparing a construction stage programme from stage D, E, and F design period, along with procurement and construction activities.
Assisting the operational team by preparing regular progress and update the contract and target programmes.
