July, 2013 Tender Planning Including:
- Producing robust, fully logic linked design, procure, construct, commission programmes with input from designers, subcontractors and other members of the tender team.
- Planning for and producing site logistics plans incorporating crane positioning, excavation batters, site and public access and egress routes and all associated logistical requirements in both 3D and 2D for internal decision making, presentations and for inclusion in submission documents.
- Writing construction, access and traffic management method statements and programme commentary to support programme and logistics plans and for inclusion into tender submission documents.
- Attending presentations and interviews as part of the tender team.
Contract Planning Including:
- Working with the Project Team to turn the Tender Programme into a Contract Programme incorporating any amendments and ensuring the Project Team understand the methodology priced at tender stage.
- Continuing to work with the Project Team once the project has commenced to monitor progress and include any programme amendments and changes.
- Providing general planning and programming support across a range of sites for internal and external progress and planning requirements.
