August, 2011 I had to develop an integrated overall time schedule for the project. It has to integrate the partial projects and show the overall interactions, in-/outputs and the critical path. Therefore I created an schedule in MS-Project which shows summaries out of the detailed schedule from the partial projects.
After approve it and publish it to the costumer a routine had to be established to update the time schedule. Therefore I arranged fortnightly meetings with the partial project schedulers and we are able to discuss in the meeting upcoming issues and arrange actions.
