Plans, administers and coordinates multiple, complex advance/special projects; organizes and employs resources to achieve project objectives; prepares and monitors project budgets.
• Develop, oversee and seek continuous improvement of the Works' Planning program
• Assist in the development of works templates
• Surveillance of contractor works process
• Coordinate works across all planners
• Review work's sequence and provide constructive feedback to Project Director
• Assist contractors with accessing documentation and latest revisions necessary for constrcution works
• Facilitate regular meetings to proactively resolve planning conflicts across contractors
• Participate in Workforce Planning audits
