- Developed design planning & program function campus wide, in line with construction schedule
- Develop & Manage Construction program for Male Campus comprising of 8 buildings with facilities, classrooms, residences, and a sports hall
- Develop & Manage completion plan for 17 buildings for 2600 rooms across male & female campus including handover to client
- Manage Planning software (Primavera 6.2) server environment for 11 planners and manage & advise 5 junior planners within site team.
- Worked on Zayed University project which recorded 20 million LTI Free Man-hours

- Management of diverse planning assignments with Divisional Office (Inclusive of Tender planning/Inputs of planning systems & procedures)
- Research & establish method for earned value analysis using Primavera software.
Divisional Safety Department
- Worked with Divisional Safety Team to implement positive key performance indicators using site safety meter across both divisions of UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai).
- Manage positive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) monitoring & reporting using Site Safety Meter (SSM) tool.
