· Worked on Creating a project, WBS, Resource Breakdown structure and adding activities, creating activity codes which helps in displaying particular required data using Grouping, sorting and Filtering.
· Worked on creating relationships of WBS elements using Activity network diagram and Activity details. In-depth knowledge in understanding and calculating Early, Late dates along with total, free floats.
· Scheduling and updating the project, assigning constraints where necessary, Formatting schedule data using Grouping, sorting and filtering.
· Creating and maintaining a baseline. Updating and re-schedule the project, viewing the re-scheduled project to track the project performance
· Preparing progress report daily/weekly/monthly to submit project manager
