March, 2012 - Using Project Scope for task and resources management, and estimation of cost for each activities using agreed resources accordingly;
- Co-ordination and planning of all aspect of Project, from Manpower, Equipment and Materials;
- Assist in developing Work Breakdown Structure(WBS), Activities and assign resources respectively;
- Performed critical path analyses to ensure project is kept on track and maintained to ensure all identified issues are resolved on time and in budget for work scopes of project.
- Graphic presentation of detailed project schedules for stakeholders, Project owners, vendors and Clients;
- Maintained project execution plan through project life cycle, reporting progress, forecasting work-to-go and producing all associated planning reports, including Gantt charts, ‘S’ Curves and manning histograms;
- Assist in the preparing contract documents for procurement services, evaluate tenders, bills of quantities;
- Responsible in organizing meetings with Stake-Holders, Clients, Sub-Contractors for project matters;
