January, 2006 Reported to Project Controls Manager for the £23million Edinburgh Tram Design Contract. This involved reporting in both tabular and graphical form the Actual Cost, Forecast and Progress on the various design packages to our Client as well as Senior Management. Co-ordinated the Senior Design Managers and Planners to populate the P3e resource loaded programme which included sub-contractor resources. Conversed with Senior Team Members to control cost and schedule.
