• Scope of Work :-
- Assist Project Control Manager to formulate Project Planning Package from Rev. 0 to Rev. 2 which includes Work Breakdown Structure, weightage ( in cost) allocation, Plan Project & Disciplines S-curves, Manpower Histogram & Reporting format.
- Responsible for all planning, scheduling, monitoring and progress reporting activities as well as the preparation of WBS for construction & commissioning work/ activities.
- Update Project Overall Master Schedule in P3, Project Progress Measurement, S-Curves, Manpower/Man-hours Loading and Equipment Loading in weekly and monthly basis in order for Weekly and Monthly Progress Report submission to Client.
- Attending Weekly Progress Meeting with Client. Prepare Weekly Progress Report, Monthly Progress Report and Monthly Progress Claim.
- Advise Project Management Team (PMT) on any delay and critical activities and propose the solution to avoid the delays and create mitigation/ recovery plan.
- Monitor the sub con schedules and work/ activities as well as the overall progress of the project and advise the Disciplines Engineer, Project Manager and Project Control Manager on the Project status.
