- Responsible for the implementation of detailed baseline schedules including S-curves, progress tables, procurement schedules and associated project schedule information.
- Responsible for the maintenance of project schedule progress including the production of internal and external Client reports.
- Co-ordinate resource / logistics reports in order to forecast requirements to meet Client requirements.
- Identify and communicate risks relating to all company schedules.
- Responsible for the management and maintenance of the master production schedule including short and long term work flow.
- Responsible for the scheduling of planned maintenance, fabrication and R & D activities in the master production schedule.
- Excellent communication skills allowing the transfer of concise project information to both internal and external customers.
- Responsible for the issue and communication of the master production schedule company wide and liaising with Supervisory / Management team, Projects and Supply Chain Departments on a day to day basis.
- Recording and management of internal Test & Trials to minimize disruption to schedule and therefore maintain Company targets.
- Responsible for the creation and reporting of detailed revenue forecasts from the master production schedule.
- Responsible for the micro management and scheduling of critical equipment and resources such as materials, 16’, 17.5’ and 19’ reels.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of reel allocation to maintain maximum plant efficiency.
- Preparation and maintenance of the Global Reel Matrix, relying on communication with other internal departments, both in Newcastle and globally, to ensure accurate and up to date information is available.
- Preparation and issue of weekly reel action reports to higher Management in order to enable detailed management of reel availability.
- Assist in the development of the planning system to take account of changes in product and / or procedures to maintain the planning system to a high standard.
