CPI Problem

Hi

 

I am facing a problem to calculate CPI for my project ...Project have 3000 Engineering activities

but I have 3 datas only

Project management budget - which is not in my schedule

Support activities -  which is not in my schedule

Engineering Budget - I have in the scheule

 

If I calculate CPI from % complete of schedule like - BCWP/AC .....

Then This will give me wrong CPI because there is no activity like project managent & suppot serivce in my schedule ...

Now can any one tell me How I can resolve this problem
