Client: Diwan of Royal Court, Sultanate of Oman

Major Responsibilities:
o Preparation of Baseline Construction Schedule.
o Updating and progress tracking of Baseline schedule.
o Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports and assure progress and key indicators are measured and reviewed.
o Preparation of Shop Drawing, Materials Procurement, Sub Contractor Schedules and monitor the same.
o Assure that the necessary monitoring / progress schedules and charts are prepared, maintained and reported.
o Record and Notify delays and impacts, while maintaining proper records and liaise and inform commercial staff as required.
o Co-ordinate and follow up – Engineering and Procurement departments for necessary submissions.
o Review contractual requirements, milestones and co-ordinate with commercial team accordingly.
o Tender Schedule preparations, Co-ordination with Sub Contractors and adhering to post tender requirements.
