Responsible to the Senior Project Manager for spearheading, implementing and coordination of all subcontractors’ project programmes and project controls, WBS driven cost control and reporting systems for this $600m EPC project. Duties included training and mentoring of local staff in the implementation and methodologies of Primavera P3 software achieving the successful transfer of the ownership of the programmes to the local staff.
