Project Planning & Cost Control Engineer
Responsible for insuring all costs are tracked and produce project forecast based on weekly progress and activities for EPC of 23,000 m3 Propylene Tank in Borouge II Petrochemical Plant. Effectively performed earned value, variance & multiple critical path analysis, manpower loading, productivity, quantity tracking and key milestones updates. Review and update the schedule weekly and monthly based on site visiting. Ongoing impact analysis and mitigation on construction schedule due to delays in engineering & procurement. Participated in risk analysis on the level 2 and 3 EPC schedule. Preparation of Document Register for Engineering Works and Procurement Progress Control sheet. Preparation of Integrated Master schedules for Engineering, Procurement and Construction Work.
