§ Responsible for ensuring that our company’s obligations are discharged, that our company’s rights are secured and that our company avoids liabilities.
§ Responsible for communicating with the Client on contractual matters, e.g. notifying of time and cost impact of delaying circumstances, preparation of extension of time and additional compensation claims, submission of contract deliverables, et al.
§ Responsible for preparing sub-contract and supply agreements and similar documents for our company’s suppliers and sub-contractors, and for coordinating required contractual compliance.
Responsible for coordinating with the Project Team discussing our obligations and advising on our rights.
