Principal Planner for construct only contract under NEC 2 Option C contract conditions.
Works located at Abberton Reservoir, Layer-de-La-Haye, Essex involving enhancements to the existing reservoir to increase its capacity by 58%. This will be achieved by raising the level of reservoir by approx. 3m which includes all reservoir structures, whilst the reservoir remains operational.
Major structures and earthworks as well as a 2.5km road diversion are elements of this complex project.
Role includes maintaining the Contract Programme with on-site recorded progress whilst managing change with respect to time. Assessment of Compensation Events and dealing with Early Warning Notifications. Numerous “What If” programmes for reporting to the individual work package managers are produced. Directly reporting to the Contracts Director and Contracts Manager.
