Job Responsibilities
- Prepared baseline/Master Program (schedule) with all resource loaded properly and the generation of reports includes manpower deployment, material usage and the cash flow reports along with the S-Curve. Also prepared the construction methodology for this project.
- Preparing monthly progress reports and showing the status of the project with help of target bars.
- Discussing the site situation with the construction manager and preparaing in house plan.
