August, 1997 HONGKONG PROJECTS INVOLVEMENT:
- Project Planner and Controller of the West Kowloon Expressway project (WKES) (i.e. expressway, roads, bridges and MTRC floating railway tunnels) of the Airport Core Development Projects. Also involved in the project control and monitoring of the Northern Kowloon Site Roadworks and the Yam-O Section Site Development.
- Project Management - Project planner of the assigned projects in Haeco Airport (HK) and China.
CHINA PROJECT INVOLVEMENT:
- Supervise, monitor and control the progress of assigned area in the 3 x 660 MW Coal-Fired Electric Power Station project in Taiping, Guangdong, China, Prepare and submit detailed construction programme, submit method statements for construction.
PHILIPPINE PROJECTS INVOLVEMENT:
- Prepare Structural Design Calculation, Analysis and Plans. Affirm Professional SEAL and Signature on the plans for submission to Building Officials. Designed at least 20 nos. of luxury residential and commercial buildings.
- Overall project in-charge from planning to completion stage. Represents the contractor in the assigned project, prepare and submit tender documents and represents the company's business, conduct regular coordination meeting with the project team to meet milestone and approve budget and disbursement.
