- Coordinate and communicate to client written and orally.
- Generate cost analysis and cost proposal for additional works.
- Generate charts and graphs as presentation to client for project monitoring purposes
- Established construction baseline schedule using PRIMAVERA (P6) in accordance to contract specifications of the project.
- Monitor the construction progress and generate reports using PRIMAVERA (P6) and Microsoft Excel.
- Review and evaluate sub-contractors’ monthly progress invoice.
- Assist contract manager producing claim documents.
