- Ensure all deliverables schedule are meets to Contract deliverable requirements
- To lead and plan risks analysis for project awarded
- Analyze, adjust and follow up on the initial planning, budget and scope
- Provide leadership to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of project assigned
- To act as the point of contact with Main Contractor and relevant Consultants
- To provide General Manager with timely and accurate monthly and yearly performance report
