March, 2010 - Modify the existing overall schedule using PRIMAVERA P6 software.
- Create list of wbs, activities, its relationship with other activities (predecessors/successors), and lags for inputting in PRIMAVERA P6.
- Estimate staff effort for each activity and forecast the duration of each activity using a standard productivity rate data.
- Organize activities by defining and assigning activity codes.
- Subdivide the overall schedule in 2 weeks look-ahead schedule.
- Create a milestone schedule that highlights the major elements of the schedule.
- Assign project resource and cost to each activity and create weekly cash flow and resource loading graph.
- Adjust the cost loaded schedule and input the percentage completion every week.
- Allocate manpower resources by defining and inputting manpower loading to each activity.
- Level manpower resources by generating the manpower requirement based on Early Start Time, Late Start Time and Adjusted Time-Phased Diagram.
- Measure progress and create reports on planned vs. actual accomplishment.
