- Recognition the deviations of the baseline plan from actual.
- Providing required graphs and S-Curves.
- Monitoring projects to follow the contract.
- Preparing statistical reports for different management meeting.
- Cooperating in preparation of related budget reports.
- Preparing Tender Documents.
- Supervising in complete implementation of QMS in all sections and internal auditing
