- Creating the Work Breakdown Structure into the phases, work packages and disciplines against of the given SOW by client.
- Preparation and monitoring of level 2&3 plans, 90 days look ahead schedules and man power histograms against of the mobilization strategy for Bid Execution phase in Primavera P6.2.
- Estimating Jacket’s Primary, Secondary and Tertiary Steelworks Weight against of the client’s reference drawings.
- Creating the roles and primary resources as appropriate with the estimated man hours against of the total weight of the Project
- Advice, highlight and assist all Team regarding critical path and longest path activities in engineering detail design deliverables and Procurement Long lead materials.
- Making sure that all the Free Issue Materials from client are in the schedule as a milestone. Informing other users and owners regarding any the changes in the schedule.
- Supporting PMT and Cost Estimating Engineers with ongoing project schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
- Assist with improvements in Planning standards, procedures, processes, and systems.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
- Update plan with information from subcontractors, vendors & suppliers.
- Attending Engineering detail design review and Organization meetings.
- Attending weekly progress meetings.
- Submitting a recovery program, if required, in case of slippages in activities leading to delays in Contract milestone completion dates including project completion and/or interface milestone dates.
- Creating and monitoring MDR (Master Document Register).
- Monitoring and updating Schedule with weekly SDRL (Supplier Document Register List) information.
