Project: Civil & Electro-Mechanical Works for Train 6 & 7 Facilities Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar
Responsibilities:
- Establish work breakdown structure (WBS) of project and prepare Level-III & Level-IV construction schedules
- Provide input to the development and control of project execution plan, and other resource requirements
- Analyze the schedule to provide advance notice of unfavorable trends
- Planning, scheduling, controlling and progress monitoring of project activities
- Preparation of Mechanical, Civil, E & I Work Reports for management overview
- Reporting actual progress of all project activities and define recovery plans as well as other studies
- Ensure scheduling software is adequately configured and fulfill the WBS requirements
- Act as a primary interface between planners and schedulers and site management and client
- Prepare and present the monthly progress status presentations to client and management
- Identifying additional works in comparison with original scope and originate change requests to client
- Provide oversight into the development, monitoring and controlling fully integrated schedule
