January, 2009 - Preparation and update of project schedules; as well as monitoring project status in order to monitor any deviations versus the project baselines (time and cost).
- Reporting Project Performance including Performance information, preparation of S-curves, Histograms, and earned value analysis.
- Assisting the project management team in the resolution of problems, preparing, and checking all claims, as well as assisting Project Manager in the day to day duties of a project’s administration.
- Review, preparation and negotiation of subcontract agreements in line with company policies and procedures, and the provision of general contractual advice.
- Contracts administration for the subcontractors agreements.
- Monitoring, tracking and reporting project cash flow.
- Developing and monitoring project cost forecasts
- Preparing and updating risk register.
- Monitor resources and Key Performance Index items (KPI's)
- Preparing and updating Tender event schedule.
- Attending and participating in all projects related meetings as required.
- Collecting, reviewing and organizing Project Closeout documents.
