November, 2009 Develop and detail the construction and commissioning schedule for the Milford COGEN facility, an offshoot of the DRGAON Project. Utilising DRAGON Project Boil Off Gas to drive co generation waste heat boilers and gas turbines in order to generate power sufficient to drive the Dragon Project whilst also exporting to the nation grid any surplus power.
