Duties:
- Involved in all aspects of project control, planning, cost management and financial administration for Technip KTI in Mazeikiai oil refinery, Lithuania.
- Prepare level 1,2 & 3 construction schedule and daily, weekly & monthly progress reports
- Develop level 4 progress reports for weekly progress meeting
- Develop level construction progress forms for top management weekly and monthly meeting (procurement progress curves, engineering progress curves and construction progress curves, scheduled, actual and forecast and additional manpower histogram)
- Determine the necessary resources for 3 weeks look ahead schedule window and forecasted manpower for in progress activities
- Prepare the needed reports for weekly client meeting, justification, remarks and acts in order to meet the target of project milestones
