- Manage the P6 Database, setup, security and systems
- Assist Planning management in the development of Programme strategy within P6
- Develop and rollout the Earned Value Analysis strategy
- Report to high level management meetings justifying progress
- Provide technical support for Primavera v6 and Excel
- Instruct planning staff in all aspects of the differences between P3 and P6
- Develop and Maintain the System Wide Programme, interfacing with the rest of the company on all aspects of Systems, including: Permanent Way, Signalling, OHLE, Communications, Power and Tunnel Mechanical
