- Defining the value (cost and business outcome) to be derived from the planned activity set.
- Update manpower requirements in Maximo and align Maximo with Approved schedules.
- Produce accurate data from MMS (Maintenance Management System) and produce quality resource levelled look-ahead plans in Primavera.
- Build integrated execution plans.
- Co-ordinating and prioritizing contractors work.
- Arranging vendors and materials to be mobilised offshore and ensuring activities are executed as per plan.
- Facilitates agreement from multiple departments on milestone dates.
- Chair planning meetings to discuss priorities, constraints and opportunities within the 8Q plans and 12W schedules. Reporting progress from the plan against the yearly budgets.
Periodic visits to Client’s Offshore Installations. (1 Day visit per quarter)
