- Preparation of Post Tender Technical Submissions (General Method of Construction, Logistic Plan, Resource Plan, S-Curve, Material & Shop Drawing Tracking Schedule).
- Preparation and Management of Manpower and Equipment Rolling Plan.
- Delay Analysis and Claim Documentation for Extension of Time.
- Management Information System. (Monthly and Quarterly report of Projects for Management’s review).
- Manage and Co-ordinate Site/Project Planning Engineers to prepare Programs for Yearly/ Quarterly Forecast along with Resource Requirements.
