Develop, Assessment of the Project Master Schedule (Primavera-6.0) and supporting documents, Monitoring planning related deliverable s from the Contractor and making sure that the Contractor meets the requirements in the Contract, Contractor’s KPI’s and deviations in the progress of works and reporting them to the Contractor through formal Contract correspondence. Managing the Contractor’s Time claims, Trigger and analysis Change request, variation notices and advising the client about the merit of extensions of time, highlighting Project issues/ delays. Course of action to mitigation/ realistic recovery. Preparing forecasts and coordination with relevant stake holders. Preparing Management presentations, progress reports and maintaining communication with the stake holders to keep them updated about the project status.
