• Ensure all shut-down jobs are done in a safe manner; adhere to the company’s HSSE standards.
• Develop and prepare integrated Maintenance Plans for Major Rotating Equipment using planning tools and systems to deliver within budget and schedule time.    .
• Generates generic and specific work plans, with resources and duration estimates.
• Provide and document all input relating to cost planning and risk analysis.
• Monitoring and implementing all aspects of Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Safety and Security issues as pertains to a Plant Outage.
• Responsible for Maintenance Planning aspect of Turbine Generators, scheduling downtime for engine and generator replacement activities including logistics and interaction with FSR’s from supplier companies.(Solar Mars, Allen Gears and Ideal Electric).
• Create S-Curves and provide updates as to a particular Project's progress and challenges.
