As part of the EPC Contractors Project management team responsible for the contractual correspondence, including claims and claim evaluation (cost and time) towards the Employer and Subcontractors (e.g. main contractors, design consultant and Suppliers). In addition, participation in negotiations.
Waste Water Plant, Abu Dhabi: Working for the M&E Contractor. Timeschedule updates and progress reporting for a Waste Water Plant, including supporting the Site Team with Site/claims letters.
Cabling Plant, Dubai: Working for the M&E Contractor. Timeschedule updating and reporting, including supporting the Site Team with Claims letters.
Cement Plant, UAE: EoT and cost report for the Mechanical Erection Contractor. This report was regarding the delayed construction of the Cement Plant near Dubai and referred for Arbitration in Austria. Its settled sucessfully out of court.
Solar Plant, Abu Dhabi: Seconded to the Mechanical Erection Contractor to create the baseline programme for mechanical erection/piping in Primavera P3e.
Power Plant, Germany: Claims and Contract management support on live project for a coal powered plant.
