- Promote a Safety culture
- Lock the Procurement Baseline in alignment with the signed-off version of the Target Program ‘Required On Site’ dates
- Develop, mature and status the Construction detailed schedules
- Monitor and report progress weekly against Construction Baseline to Construction Team
- Preparation of s-curves, production curves and schedule overviews
- Assist with identification of key milestones and report against these
- Assist with identification of critical path tasks and report against these
- Assist with identification long lead time tasks, in conjunction with all other areas and report against these
- Monitor and Status the Process Design Schedule on a weekly basis
- Identify delays and corresponding impact to Master Program and/or Target Program
- Assist in the determination of schedule impact that result from contract variations
- Meet regularly with project management team to review the detailed schedules.
