- Tender management and financial evaluation.
- Programme and Planning management during project’s Due-Diligence stage.
- Managing pre-construction projects and team (Estimation and planning).
- Preparation and monitor of fully logic linked and resource loaded programmes(resource histograms/ schedules, cost uploading, critical path, delay scenarios and risk analysis) through feasibility study, detail design, procurement and construction.
- Input in constructability during feasibility and design phases.
- Managing and supervising the project site team during construction phase by regular site audit to Progress, scope changes and cost.
- Managing interface with project site management team and client counterparts for issues related to planning and scheduling activities.
- Managing the monthly projects CVR and the Earn Value Analysis together with the quarterly projects forecast process.
- Manage and coordinate the interface between Civil, M&E and Suppliers design and programme.
- Preparation of monthly progress reports and consolidated close out report at the completion of the project.
- Managing project’s claims and EOT process.
- Involvement in Business Improvement Process.
- Recruit and train project planning and control team.
