Involved in Project Management of various GES and EPCC projects as part Project Consultancy Services PCS/PMC- Core Team for Upstream projects – FSF, CPF, FPF, PL and FIPs. Other responsibilities include progress/schedule monitoring, conducting weekly meetings, coordination with Project team at site, Engineering document reviews, Procurement & Construction monitoring, review of Contractors payment certificates and invoices, Cost reporting, review and preparation of Contract documents, interface with Client’s Production, Contracts and Finance department, bid documents preparation and evaluation. Discuss issues and suggest solutions to PMT & PCS/PMC team.
Involved in General Engineering Services (GES) for FEED/Basic Engineering Design for proposed EPCC projects. Regular coordination with GES Consultants and review of Technical documents. Monitor progress, submission of Documents and Invoicing from GES Consultant.
