Co-ordination with Clients regarding the schedule, progress requirements, achievements & other requirement.
Co-ordination with all discipline Planners, Superintendents and Managers regarding the schedule & progress.
Co-ordination with other contractors in respect of the work fronts availability, schedules & requirement.
Preparation of Weekly reports & Monthly reports for Internal & External Management.
Preparation of Two weeks & Three Months Look ahead schedule.
Weekly updation of the Master schedule in terms of progress.
Preparation & assessing the Earned value reports for our internal management.
