January, 2007 Adar/Agordeed Field Production Facility for Petrodar: Detailed Engineering, Procurement and Construction of the Adar/Agordeed Field Processing Facilities (FPF), to which this scope of work document refers, is being completed by Higlieg/Dodsal with MMC acting as their Engineering Consultants.
Working as a Sr.Project Control Engineer in close co-ordination with the Management for Monitoring Overall Business Progress.
LDSC /EMC Contract :
Integrated Engineering Planning on the LDSC/EMC Contract and integrating with the Procurement and Construction plan which was managed by STS ( JV partners). Contract and Asset wise reporting. Aligning with the Procurement and construction sequence on each of the scopes.
Identifying opportunity to resource levelling and identifying work loads against each trade.
Working in close co-ordination with Contract Manager and Project Manager’s in developing and managing the project schedule and track key progress indicators.
Defining primary job objectives clearly at project and departmental management levels by highlighting schedule and cost requirements.
Organizing and directing the activities of the project control team and ensuring the maintenance of both time and cost trend statistics and recommend corrective action if necessary.
Co-ordination of the final job statistics and analysis of the effectiveness of procedures for possible improvement on future projects.
Providing feedback on key project issues to Department Management team on a timely basis.
Develop, implement and manage schedules on various large and small capital projects expected in the Facilities Engineering & Projects group.
Establishing and defining job orientated project control procedures.
Also approved as SAP coordinator (PS/MM) by PDO and working as an integrator for EMC contract.
Close out of contracts; finalize outstanding contract issues, final invoices and contractor performance evaluations with good working knowledge of Contract Law.
