Assist in the preparation for Cash flow of the Whole project Model working with the Business manager and team leaders of the partnership. Cost control of construction phase at the site for direct hire project 700 Million US$. Monitor, trending and forecasting all construction costs including direct hire and subcontract work, field purchases, construction indirect, construction supervision and management costs. Cash flow monitoring and forecasting. Support to change management including analysis of change orders from subcontractors, back charges. Cost reporting activities in the field, recommend mitigating actions, prepare basis of forecasts, special reports by Project manager, and attend Project review meetings.
