Responsible for general planning works for the Refinery Restoration Works (US$510M Project). Prepare various programmes of works for the Restoration works in the refinery. Prepared detailed work schedule for critical activities and evaluated construction progress on a day-to-day basis and recommend/implemented necessary remedial/recovery measures. Update all programmes and reports. Prepare baseline estimates to be used in the programme for quantity, trend tracking and progress measurements.
