Engineering Schedule – I developed the level 4 logic driven engineering schedules in Primavera. The schedule was resource loaded with man-hours.

Developed Progress Reports – Setup weekly and monthly reports consisting of narrative, S-Curves, Schedule, Cost & Man-hour Report, PAAF Register and Progress Analysis Report.
Developed CTR (Cost, Time & Resource) & “InControl”
Used “Timescope” for tracking actual hours spend per activity.
Setup and maintained PAAF Register
Setup Progress Tracking System – Setup an advanced automated system using; EDSR data linked to “Encompass” (DCC database) to progress deliverables. Using earned value to forecast.
