(RO 18 M)  Upgrade of Tanajib Sewage Treatment Plant (ARAMCO)  Project Planning Manual Preparation for MAJIS, SOHAR: (RO 15,000)  Deputation to Haya Water: (Project Value Approx.: - RO 50,000)  (ICT Project) Asset Register Programme for PAW: (RO 1.2 M)  Preparing & Monitoring Level 1, 2 & 3 schedules for individual projects using Primavera P6.  Implementation of the project cost tracking system to monitor and analyze the budget, commitments, actual cost and cost variances.  Forecast project cost and cash flow, Prepare summary level cost reports and monthly cost report  Coordinating with Client/Architect/Design Consultant/Contractor during different stages of project life cycle.  Monitoring Progress throughout the Project progress and comparing this with the Projected Schedule of Work Using Project Controlling Sheets.  Reviewing/Approving Contractor’s construction schedule.  Monitoring Contractors Materials Submittals and Procurement Log  Conducting prospective and retrospective delay analysis; Disruption analysis, Time Impact Analysis, preparing delay claim and providing recommendations for variations and other contractual matters involving delays or cost overruns  Reviewing/Commenting Contractor’s Weekly & Monthly Progress Report  Generating Executive summary schedule & preparing progress reports for Management/Client.  Preparing and maintaining Risk Register  Conducting Qualitative and Quantitative risk analysis  Reading, Understanding the Civil, Mechanical drawings and using it for Preparation of Tender Programme, Detail Programme.  Supporting in preparation of Design reports and Tender Documents and conditions of Contract (FIDIC, IChemE)  Participate in establishing project planning and scheduling contract specifications.  Involved in feasibility analysis of Sewage Treatment Plant  Evaluated and reported current condition, provided Implementation Plan for Design and Construction of future Sewage treatment plant  Involved in Planning, monitoring and controlling the Consultant and Contractor’s works to bring back the schedule on track  Involved in building Project Planning Manual containing several procedures for effective Project Management for Project department of MAJIS, SOHAR  Served in Haya Water’s Project Management Office as a Sr. PMO support Engineer and involved in writing procedures, developing project management plans, reviewing and managing various project schedules, reviewing projects for effective project management performance and establishing standards to support the department’s project delivery function.  Conducted Asset survey and was involved in the condition assessment  Setting out Standards for Monthly monitoring system, Generating Monthly Progress report format.  Developed standard reporting procedures and templates.  Conducting Audits for comparing with Best Practices of Project Management, Quality Management & Health & Safety.  Updating the Web portal consisting of Monthly Progress reports for capital 67 projects.
