February, 2014 I served as Senior Construction Consultant for O’Connell & Lawrence, Inc. I was responsible for the review of construction schedules for a number of on-going highway construction projects in Delaware, Maryland and the District of Columbia. I also performed time impact analysis and claim reviews as needed. I have also prepared conceptual schedules for highway reconstruction projects and review bridge rehabilitation projects.
