May, 2008 Reporting directly to the planning manager, I am responsible for development, progression and improvement of the project control programme on the B181.1 (B30) Sludge Conditioning project based at Sellafield. This includes a cost and programme impact monitoring and reporting service to support and deliver the project schedule as defined in our clients (Sellafield Ltd) procedures. My responsibilities included:
• Liaising with the project manager, construction, design and procurement engineers as well as the third party project delivery organisations in supporting the development of the working schedule.
• Cost, resource and expense loading of the same.
• Reporting against schedule impacts associated with changes in project delivery and additional scope changes.
