Alexandria Fiber Co represents the Group’s extension of the acrylic fibre business in the Middle East, Africa and European region. I was responsible for;
- Assist the Project Manager in tracking the project against its schedule, budget and against phase review objectives & to develop and implement recovery plans for off-schedule and unanticipated eventualities.
- Prepare periodic management reports and presentations as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Prepare and conduct Project Meetings to ensure complete understanding and fulfillment of project objectives as assigned by the Project Manager.
- Coordination of Engineering and Field project teams under the direction of the project manager.
- Assisting & deputizing the Project Manager in managing his correspondences.
