- Preparation of Target Indicative Schedules for proposals and assist in the review of proposals using Primavera Project Planner. ( Version 3.1 & 6)
- Initial stage planning of the project including civil work drawings, selection of geotechnical consultants etc.
- Co-ordination between client, Consultant and site.
- Financial cash flow forecast for all projects of I.W.P. (Infrastructure, Water & Power) Division.
- Summarized project scenario of the company (IWP) for presentation purpose (Pie Charts, Bar Charts etc.).
- Preparation of Schedules including manpower histograms and cash flow curves for:
× Infrastructure project : Extension of Water Supply System, Kabul; Lamar Towers, Jeddah, KSA
× Industrial project : Emal Aluminum Smelter Complex (Pot Feed System), Abu Dhabi
× District Cooling Projects : Dubai Sports City;Masdar City, Abu Dhabi ;Hadeed Steel Plant, Jubail (KSA)
