Reporting to Project Controll Mangar I was responsible for :
• Generate initial schedule for project
• Build an integrated project planning operation – people, processes, tools and information which delivers the key functions as outlined in the job summary and is fully compliant with the company Standards and WBS.
• Close cooperation and control of the activities with a team of Scheduling/Reporting engineers.
• Participation to the evaluation of Tenders for the parts related to scheduling and progress measurement.
• Close monitoring of Contractors execution schedule and progress reports.
• Checking and commenting Contractors’ procedures and schedules.
• Contractors’ scheduling methodology analysis and control.
• Checking and approving Contractors’ progress measurement.
• Consolidating scheduling information for analysis or reporting.
• Provide detailed and accurate monthly progress report to be incorporated into the Monthly Project Report.
• Provide assistance to the Project management for all matters related to Scheduling & Progress Reporting and provide analyses and simulations of new schedules.
• Participate to reviews and technical audits on Scheduling & Progress Reporting as required.
