Ø Prepare and update the project resource loaded schedule
Ø Monitor and control during the construction period
Ø Prepare and submit standard periodic reports and other requirements by the stakeholders
Ø Update, evaluate and measure the progress and KPI’s against the baseline and resources available at the site
Ø Identify and evaluate the critical paths of the program
Ø Identify and advice the stakeholders regarding the potential project and program risks
Ø Support the management team in preparation of EOT using TIA analysis in reference to the contract documents
